Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Prize
The prize includes a 1-hour tennis coaching session with a professionally accredited tennis coach and / or a UTS star player from the Victorian Plumbing UTS London 2025 event. This will take place from 1pm on Thursday 4th December 2025. The timing of the prize is subject to change.  

We will contact the prize winner(s) via email and / or phone.

All eligible entries (see ‘Who Can Enter?’ below) will be entered into the prize draw and 4 winners will be selected via a randomised computer process within 2 working days of the close date. For details of how to enter, please refer to ‘Key Information’ below.

The winners will need to reply to the notification within 2 working days. If they fail to do so, or if a selected winner is unable to take up the prize for any other reason, or is deemed to be ineligible for any reason at our discretion, an alternative winner will be drawn using the same methodology as above. The process will be repeated until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize in line with the timings of the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email address during this time in case they are a winner. We cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery.

Winners will be responsible for organising, and for the costs relating to, their own travel and accommodation arrangements. We will not be responsible for any costs or expenses unless expressly notified to you in writing. Winners will need to also bring their own equipment, including tennis rackets and appropriate clothing and footwear.  

The winner will ONLY be contacted by phone or email and we will NOT ask for bank details or payment of any sort. To verify the authenticity of any contact, we encourage you to contact info@victorianplumbing.co.uk if you have any doubts.

For the avoidance of any doubt, the promotion and the prize draw is run by the Promoter. By entering the promotion, you acknowledge that neither the event nor any professional tennis player shall have any liability to you in connection with the promotion and/or the prize draw.

Who Can Enter?  
This prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be required.

You will need access to the internet in order to enter. No purchase required.

The winner  must be available to participate in the prize on Thursday 4th December 2025. There is no alternative date. Should the winner wish to bring a companion to view the Prize activity from a spectator area, this will be accommodated.  

We will request information relating to your tennis level ability during the competition entry process to help us in facilitating the prize. Your ability recorded has no bearing on your likelihood of winning.  

Key Information
The promotion will run from 00:00am on 22 November 2025 and will close at 11:59pm GMT on 27 November 2025.

To enter, users need to complete the competition post form on the link provided in promoted social media posts, by completing their first name, last name, key information relating to the tennis nature of the prize, phone number and email address. One entry per email address per person.

The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.

These terms and conditions and any related disputes are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless your residential address is in Scotland, when Scottish law applies.

If required by a regulatory authority, and/or if we consider it lawful, necessary or appropriate to do so, we may elect to make available a list of winner’s surname and/or county to regulators who request such details.  

Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting dataprotection@victorianplumbing.co.uk. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winner’s list by emailing dataprotection@victorianplumbing.co.uk.

The winners may be requested to take part in media activity relating to the competition. We may request to use a winner’s name and image in connection with such publicity unless a winner notifies the Promoter that it does not want its name and/or image to be used in this way. This may include photographs and/or video footage taken during the Prize activity. To revoke the use of your image in this way, please email dataprotection@victorianplumbing.co.uk.  

The Promoter Is Not Liable For
Any entries lost or delayed due to faulty, failed, or erroneous electronic data

transmissions, including but not limited to communication line failure, regardless of cause, involving equipment, systems, networks, satellites, servers, computers, or providers used in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption, as well as entries lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, or incomplete, or unable to be delivered for any technical, delivery, or other reason, will not be considered. Proof of submission will not suffice as proof of receipt. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet will also not be considered as grounds for exception.

Entrants are responsible for accurately entering their details. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not suffice as proof of entry. The Promoter bears no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete, or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.

The Promoter is also not liable for any injury, accident or loss relating to participation in the promotion prize. The participant acknowledges and fully understands that participation in the activity/event involves certain risks, hazards, and dangers, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or property damage. The participant voluntarily assumes all such risk.  

Privacy Policy
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent as given during the competition entry process. The entrant’s personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
